Family Trusts
We do not form family trusts however we work with our clients to design and plan suitable tax and business structures which often involve the use of trusts. We then refer to lawyers for the formation of the trusts and provide an ongoing service for the accounting, tax and general administration of the trusts. We have had many years experience dealing with Family Trusts.
We do provide a gifting administration service with an electronic reminder program.
