The practice merged with the international practice of Deloittes. However after two years, it was found that the needs of the smaller clients of the practice would be best serviced by a more personalised service, so the practice was structured accordingly.

1999 saw a move to a corporate structure, and the welcome addition of Gary and Karl Dickins as shareholders. Later that year, the company relocated to Westgate, lifting its profile and providing further expansion opportunities.
